Getting Started 

  1. We conduct an initial assessment to identify movement impairments and compensation patterns.

  2. We develop a rehabilitation plan and recommend private corrective exercise rehab, and/or PREHAB or REHAB classes to support your goals.

When should i start active therapy?

Once inflammation is under control, active therapy becomes the most important ingredient to recovery. If the region of concern is painful all day, or you’re woken up at night with pain, this may suggest chronic inflammation and should be addressed by your physical therapist, doctor or chiropractor before beginning active therapy with us.
