3 Month Shoulder Rehab

Common shoulder injuries suitable for this program include rotator cuff tear, biceps tendonitus, shoulder impingement, scapular winging, dislocation and frozen shoulder (in the thawing phase), thoracic outlet syndrome

Month One- improve shoulder range of motion

Month Two- Improve shoulder joint stability

Month Three- Strengthen and Functional Integration

3 Month Osteo Build

Improve joint stability and increase bone density with resistance and strength training for Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis

Month One- improve whole body joint stability, incorporate light resistance and weight to increase overall joint mobility

Month Two- strengthen the stabilizer muscles of the joints and improve musculare endurance of the prime mover muscles of our joints, incorporate slightly higher resistance and weight

Moth Three- joint stability maintenance, strengthen the prime movers of our joints and functional movement patterns, improve functional integration of upper and lower body

3 Month Knee Rehab

Common injuries suitable for this program include post surgical rehab, ligament damage, knee replacements, ostoearthritus

Month One- improve knee ROM and stability, improve activation and endurance of the stabilizer muscles of the knees and hips

Month Two- improve knee and hip stability and integration, strengthen the movers of the knee joint

Month Three- increase loads and resistance through the hips and knees, strengthen the functional movement patterns of the lower extremities
