Strengthening for Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritus
It can be overwhelming to start exercise after a diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteoarthritis. Whether you are new to exercise, or in chronic pain, we are here to get you moving safely for the conditions you are facing.
Our Osteo Build program focuses on improving whole body joint stability, and strengthening with weights and resistance. We also focus on strengthening muscles and planes of motion where injury tends to occur with aging, to prevent further injuries from occurring.
Class sizes are small to allow for form corrections, and they run Monday afternoons at 12:30pm and Wednesday mornings at 11:30am.
