Join our small group rehab classes to improve spinal stability and alignment, increase deep core strength, and reactivate and strengthen your glutes to support your low back.

Chronic pain disengages the small muscles that stabilize our joints at a time when we really need them. This creates excessive tension in the larger muscles that move our joints, which starts to restrict joint ROM and increase baseline pain levels. We target the small muscles of the joints in our classes to restore muscle balance. Learn how to strengthen your spine safely for the injuries you’re managing.
