Back To The Sports They Love
Rebuild the foundation, then get back in the game
Our exercises target the static and dynamic stabilizers of the core, shoulders, hips and knees, to restore stability and strength after injury.
It all starts with an assessment of strength, stability, range of motion and muscular imbalances, so your teen begins from a real baseline.

What our clients say about Active Rehab Rx
-
"Just emailing you to let you know that I played my first rugby game back today! My body felt great and my knees we’re keeping up with me, I even got man of the match! I just wanna thank you so much for all rehab sessions and support you provided me during my injury. Your sessions helped make the rehab process easier. I really appreciate it :)"

"I have struggled with back issues for my entire adult life. I have been to countless Chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists and other kinesiologists. Nothing has even come to close to helping me as much as Active Rehab Rx. How can one kinesiologist be so much different than another? I don't know, but Active Rehab Rx is lightyears better than anything I have tried before. I have never had such a thorough and honest initial assessment and I have never had therapists use the types of exercises that they do, but they work wonders. My back, core, hips, glutes and legs have never felt stronger or healthier."

common questions
Before you book
-
That's exactly what this program is for. We work on joint stability, alignment and deep core strength to restore stability and strength after injury, so you can get back to playing the sports you love.
-
You don't need a major injury to benefit, and if you're not sure, reach out before you book and we can guide you.
-
You'll start with an assessment of your strength, stability, range of motion and muscular imbalances. That gives us a baseline to build your program from, so you're not guessing at what to work on.
-
Classes run Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm.
There is also the option to work independently with a kinesiologist if the class setting doesn’t work for you.
-
No referral is required. Drop-in is $35 per session, or $30 per class with the Youth 20 Rehab Pack. Many extended health plans cover registered kinesiology, so it's worth checking your family's plan.
