Not just a workout class
A structured, supervised program
Every class is small and led by a Registered Kinesiologist, so your instructor can see how your shoulder is moving and adjust the exercise to you. You're working alongside other people rebuilding the same joint, at a pace your shoulder is actually ready for.
what’s included
-
Small Groups, Clinician Led
Class sizes stay capped, so your form is watched, session after session.
-
A Three-Month Arc
Mobility and activation, then stabilizing, then strengthening. Your shoulder progresses through all three.
-
A Qualified Clinician
Classes are led by a Registered Kinesiologist, CES.
The program
Your 12 weeks
-
Weeks 1-4: Mobility & Activation
Restore safe, pain-free range of motion and wake up the stabilizing muscles around the joint.
-
Weeks 5-8: Stabilizing
Build control through the shoulder blade and rotator cuff so the joint holds up under load.
-
Weeks 9-12: Strengthening & Integrating
Load the shoulder properly and put it back to work: reaching overhead, carrying, sleeping through the night.
After your 12 weeks, you can keep going. Book into our Rehab Classes whenever you want to maintain your progress and keep building stability and strength in your shoulder.

What our clients say
-
“Kerri has designed a structured program that has brought mobility and strength back to my shoulder. The instructors are knowledgable, well prepared and happy to adjust the training to your needs. The gym is extremely clean and well equipped. Besides the shoulder rehab program at Active Rehab I have also done the core and knee classes and have never been dissatisfied. I would highly recommend Active Rehab to anyone who has issues with their movement, recovering from injury or an operation.
