What our clients say
-
"These classes really are a game changer! And not just for osteopenia and osteoporosis — strength, balance, mobility, stability…all those things we suddenly realize we’d better hang onto always, but especially as we get older. 😄 They’re tough — no question 😅 — but somehow also quite addictive. And you can FEEL the difference. Stronger, steadier, more capable…and yes, occasionally discovering muscles you didn’t know you had. Thanks Kerri — really appreciate the care, knowledge and thought you put into challenging us, while making sure we’re doing everything safely. 💪🧡"

"I joined the Osteo Build program at Active Rehab five months ago after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was looking for a fitness program specifically designed for women with osteoporosis and/or osteopenia that would help improve bone density, strength, and balance safely. After trying an online program, I realized I needed in-person guidance from professionals who truly understand osteoporosis and how to exercise safely without increasing the risk of injury. After an extensive search, I found Active Rehab's OsteoBuild program, and it has exceeded my expectations. Kerri and Jeremy are exceptional trainers. They are knowledgeable, patient, and clear communicators. Every exercise is carefully adapted to my individual needs, and they ensure I am performing each movement correctly and safely. Since starting the program, I have noticed significant improvements in my strength and balance."
