Our Services

We build our one-to-one and group sessions on a foundational belief that practice with proper form and targeted activation during rehabilitative exercise, makes perfect. By developing a personal plan-of-action for each of our clients, we're here to get you back to your pre-injury life.

Services Offered:

Initial Assessment: 1 hour
We discuss your medical history and conduct a physical assessment to develop a plan that is right for you. This is mandatory before starting one-on-one and group sessions with us.

Active Injury Rehab: 1 hour
Sessions focus on specific targeted exercises for your injury and the adjacent areas.

ICBC Active Rehab: 1 hour
Sessions focus on specific targeted exercises for your injury and the adjacent areas.  ICBC Funded with no user fees.

Group Active Rehab Classes: 1 hour
Have an injury that’s become a chronic issue? Do you believe in the power of people working together to heal? We are excited to announce our group rehabilitation series coming to our new North Shore clinic opening soon. As we get closer to opening, we will be uploading our weekly class schedule. Initial assessment is required prior to starting our classes.

Kinesiotaping: 30 minutes
We can tape for joint, ligament and tendon stability, as well as muscles that are underactive and weak, or muscles that are over-active and spastic.  Other uses include taping for swelling, lymphatic drainage and trigger points. It’s a non-invasive pain management tool.

Fascial & Soft Tissue Release: 30min / 1 hour
If you have stubborn trigger points and restrictions with range of motion causing pain, fascial and soft tissue release can loosen the adhesions to increase range and reduce pain.
